Congratulations to PE Teacher Carl Thomas, from Colne Primet Academy, on passing his PCV Cat. D1 (Minibus) test in our 17-seater Ford Transit ‘D15′ at Kirkham Test Centre, with tuition from our instructor Liz Binns.
